The Governing Council has given its approval to the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration for the work contracted for the second phase of the renovation of the residence Source Cartagena tanks, which have a total budget of 2, 7 million euros.
The works in this permit residential infrastructure to service 120 users, elderly or dependent, and also have a day center for 40 people.
Thus, the residence is adapted to the demand for assistance services for presenting both its residents and the elderly in their area of influence.
This investment joins others that have recently adopted Cartagena, including 59,000 euros for the provision of service day stays in the day care center in El Algar approved last week, or over 142,000 euros to stay downtown day in the neighborhood of Los Dolores approved on 4 September.
