The Contracting Authority of the City of Cartagena has awarded the company SETEX public service management controlled parking zone (ORA).
The award is determined according to a new specification that protects local interests better, giving the City a total control of the collection and participation in company profits.
With the old system, the licensee paid a royalty of 90 000 per year and promised to send benefits to the City if it occupied more than 90% of the seats.

The current system provides a fixed payment of EUR 1,221,791 per year to the dealer for service management and reward management with a share of the profits, but reserves for the city over 90% of the total.

The four finalists were stations and services, Dornier, Vinci Park and SETEX.
