He also stressed that the project is "oversized" because it includes an estimate of the increase in population over the next decade to the 70,417 inhabitants, "while the provision of municipal census stands at 25,000 in the same period, representing an increase with respect to current of 24,300 people. "
The senator also criticized the "lack" of the total construction budget of the plant, initially set at seven million euros from 75 percent in the European Union and the rest of the Autonomous Community, and wondered how amount to the cost of this infrastructure to the construction delays.
