Councillor for Culture, Rosario Montero will be responsible for the closure of the II Workshop Digital Graphic Creation, in a ceremony held on Friday 28 August at the Aula Jose Hierro, Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso, at 11 30 hours.
The workshops have been organized by the Culture Department of the City of Cartagena and the gallery of contemporary art publisher based in Madrid Ediciones ZMB-Bartlett School of Architecture, in collaboration with People's University of Cartagena.
The coordinators of these meetings have been Luis Gonzalez-Adalid, artist of wide experience and responsible for issues Editions ZMB-Bartlett School of Architecture and Miguel Navarro Salinas, director of People's University of Cartagena and teacher for the Arts.
In this second edition, the workshops have been attended by over 30 artists and recording professionals, visual arts and photography, from different parts of Spain and the region, and have a duration of 35 hours each.
Cartagena Eight artists have participated in these workshops, scholarships from the City of Cartagena.
The first, 'Introduction to Gravure printing on copper and' has been taught by the renowned writer Juan Lara, the second has been a mentor to Luis García Adalib with the delivery of the workshop 'The digital image.

This year has returned to repeat the success of the previous edition, with the participation of nationally recognized artists, and has placed it in Cartagena as a benchmark for the world of contemporary graphic design.
