Cartagena Local Police on Friday arrested an individual citizen of Ecuador, 48, for an alleged crime of robbery with violence.

The incident occurred when a vacationer in La Manga, 79, felt a strong pull of the chain on her neck and immediately alerted by officials who were on duty in the area, providing a description of the individual.

Moments later, the alleged perpetrator was arrested and made available to the Civil Guard in Cabo de Palos.
