Health hopes to confirm the outbreak once the ceremonial laboratory tests performed in the laboratory of Arrixaca
The Santa Maria del Rosell Hospital in Cartagena has treated 30 cases diagnosed as compatible with influenza A among children from the Marist camp organized in the Sierra de Los Molinos, Madrid.
Five of them remain in the observation unit of the hospital for prevention, but not serious.
The other 25 children, ages 10 and 15, all with a mild clinical picture, and are at home with a diagnosis of influenza A by epidemiological link.
The Ministry of Health, which activated the treatment protocol when it was confirmed positive for one child, is awaiting the results of analytical testing of protocol to be performed in the laboratory of the Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca in Murcia.
Once they get the results confirmed the outbreak of influenza A.
The camp, which had begun on 16 July with an attendance of 140 children, has advanced its closing, scheduled for the 26th tomorrow.
The Santa Maria del Rosell Hospital has opened a special circuit for children who come to this camp.
Those who have symptoms from Madrid will be served immediately and those that do not show any symptoms are advised to come directly to your home and make normal life without any restriction.
From the Department of Health says that if you start having symptoms, once they are in Cartagena, but no fever, stay home and call in the morning at a health center.
A doctor will attend in her own home.
