Wednesday morning will begin the transfer of the first units of the Planning Department, located in the round building of the Union, the new administrative building of San Miguel.
Specifically, the first services will move to San Miguel Urban Information Management's (the one in Round of the Union), Registration and Rehabilitation Office of the Autonomous Community, to be located on the ground floor, along with other information services to citizens, and the Old Society.
The transfer of these four services will occur throughout the day tomorrow and is expected to provide and service to the public on Thursday 23.
Similarly, for next week is expected to transfer to San Miguel Urban Information Service Planning and General Services located in the administrative building of Sister Francisca Armendariz.
Thus, the intention is that during the months of July and August, in which citizens' information demand is lower, move to San Miguel all the Management building located in the round of the Union and the former Urban Services building administrative.
Remember that for the month of December, the City must have transferred all its units to the new building of San Miguel.
The Data Processing Center (DPC) and Maintenance services were the first to settle in the new building and the Planning Department will be the third.
For its part, the round building of the Union will free the Planning Department will be filled for Education and Statistics.
