The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, today received Lara Lopez, director of Radio3, which has awarded a plaque of appreciation to the National Radion station in Spain with the collaboration has been in the dissemination and promotion of The International Festival Mar de Musicas Cartagena, since its inception.
