The Sea Film section dedicated to cinema within the Sea Music Festival, selected for this afternoon's screening of one of Morocco's most important films of last year, Heart Burns, which will be attended by its star, Hicham Bahloul, known film and television actor in Arab countries and start a career in Europe.
Bahloul has been commissioned to present to the media this movie in which his character, Amin, a young architect who lives in Paris and has to rush back to the city where he grew up, Fez, Morocco, to see his uncle before he dies, reviving the deep wounds of his painful childhood.
This is an autobiography of the director, Ahmed el Maanouni, shot in black and white, which represent nearly Morocco in the race for the Oscars.
To date he has represented the neighboring country in fifty festivals around the world, demonstrating the quality of this work can be seen in the Nuevo Teatro Circo, at 19.00 hours with free admission.
