The Youth Council, through the program T-LA (Alternative Leisure) and in collaboration with the Youth Group Lapuerta, has organized a concert under the name 'Jam Lapuerta 2009' will gather Saturday night July 18 Cartagena several groups specializing in the art of hip hop, graffiti, breakdance, etc.

The concert will be held on the campus of the neighborhood parties José María Lapuerta from 19.00 hours, beginning the famous battles of cocks, graffiti and dance exhibitions.
