The Councillor for Citizen Security, Javier Herrero, this morning had a meeting with neighborhood representatives of the Aljorra, The Albujón, Miranda and Las Lomas de El Albujón, to explain the new booster law enforcement agencies that have been launched in the area as a result of the recent addition of new agents on the staff of the local police.
This booster, launched from July 1, is the addition of 12 officers will serve 24 hours of that zone.
In addition, they have been informed of the progress of the project's future headquarters from which will serve the area, located in the small castle of Sorrows, to be the operational base of the twelve players.
In this quarter will also join the 13 players that will cover Pain and surrounding neighborhoods.
The project, already underway, pending the report of the Directorate General of Local Government to bring it to contract.
Also at the meeting have been addressed various issues relating to traffic signs and indicated populations.
The president of the neighborhood of Aljorra and the AAVV of The Aljorra, Miranda, El Albujón and Las Lomas, the City Council thanked the efforts in strengthening law enforcement in the area, stating that indeed the reinforcement has already been noticed in the area, resulting in neighborhood satisfaction.
The meeting was also attended by the General Security director, Carlos Nieto and senior police officials of various departments of the local police.
