Social care delivery € 6,000 to the Food Bank (08/07/2009)
The council has delivered the Social Care Regional Food Bank municipal aid than 6000 euros, aimed at helping the needy through this charity organization.
The main beneficiaries will be immigrants and poor families, which will be provided with staples.
At present the Food Bank of the Region of Murcia 108 aid groups through soup kitchens, shelters and centers, reaching some 34,000 people.
