The director of the Municipal Institute of Social Services, Antonio Manuel Mula Cruz, has delivered the diplomas to students who have completed the welding, organized by the Municipal Institute of Social Services for immigrants.
The course took place during the days May 18 to June 25 in downtown San Juan Bosco Salesians.
Fifteen immigrant students from 13 different countries participated in the various theoretical and practical lessons that have been developed at Centro San Juan Bosco Salesians, with a duration of 108 hours.
These actions are within the program of training activities aimed at social integration of people at risk of social exclusion, providing these courses through the possibility of social and professional skills to promote tissue incorporation into labor.
The Municipal Institute of Social Services from this area projected ways of working to improve relationships between the cultures living in the city, removing barriers, building solidarity and to involve the various sectors of society.
To participate in these courses must meet certain requirements, such as older and be registered in the municipality of Cartagena in the last six months
