Tomorrow, Saturday 20 June at 11.00 hours will be held at the Palace Hall of Cartagena, a press conference in which Scouts Explorers Murcia Spain and featured nationwide Institutional Memory 2008.
The event will feature Ruth María Collado González, Councillor for Youth and Employment of the City of Cartagena and Manuel Soler Pérez, president of the Youth Council of Cartagena, Julio Valle de Iscar, president of ASDE-Scouts of Spain and José Antonio Nieto Garcia, president of ASDE-Explorers of Murcia, a child and youth association that contributes to the integral education of children and youth.
The NGO Scouts of Spain will take stock of the educational and social entity in 2008, the year in which his work was recognized with the Volunteer State Award Social and Cross of the Order of Merit for his educational work in drug prevention.
Also, is held in the Federal Region Scout Council 20 and June 21 in one of its three annual meetings.
Federal Scout Council is the body of equal representation of the member associations, and is the highest governing body of the Federation when the Federal Scout Assembly is not in session.
Federal Scout Council consists of the Federal President, Federal Secretary, all Presidents of the Scout Association or person of his deputy and other members of the Federal Scout Team.
Besides the presentation of the Annual Report, at 13.00 hours are scheduled to open Activity Center Explorers of Murcia, located in the hamlet of Coto Tables of Santomera and institutional evening dinner, where will present the Silver Medal Explorers Murcia with Pedro Antonio Sánchez López, award with which distinguishes the association who have contributed exceptionally to the development of Scouts of Murcia, through collaboration, recognition and support to the work of this entity.
