The First Photo Contest Carnival Cartagena, organized by the Federation of Carnival in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, and has winners as unveiled the Jury met this morning.
The first prize has gone to Emilia López Marín, with 'Triumph in Paradise', as it has released the councilor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia Vargas, who chaired the jury whose members were the Vice Chancellor for Students and UPCT University Extension, Francisco Martinez, president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Carmen Sanchez.
As for the second prize was awarded to 'Don Carnal opening parade' by Luis Miguel Vivas of the House, and Third Prize for Photography was 'Can-Navy' by Laura de Haro Bobadilla.
The exhibition of photographs submitted for the contest has been held in the Residence Albert Colao.
