The Economic Administrative Council of the City of Cartagena recorded over 2008, the filing of 102 complaints, a significant increase over the filed in 2007, according to its annual report.
Just over a third of the complaints studied was estimated in whole or in part.
Specifically, of the 66 complaints and resolved, fully 14 have been estimated, in part 9 and 28 have been dismissed.
Another 15 have been admitted.
The study that remained outstanding at 31 December are claims mostly in the last months of the year and its decision will appear and the memory of 2009.
The Council has proposed speeding up as far as possible the resolution and close to within three months from the commencement to resolution, which will prevent buildup and breakthrough considering that in other cities in this period is six months and the Tax Administration a year.
