Social Care Councilman of the City of Cartagena, Antonio Calderón Rodríguez, closed yesterday the four training courses at the Municipal Institute of Social Services, making the delivery of the diploma to the students, these training activities, which were accompanied by their families.
Completed courses that were closed yesterday were those of Cook with 1,045 hours and 175 days; Waiter Restaurant-Bar with 820 hours and 164 days, dependent on Commerce, 250 hours and 63 school days and Receptionist Hotel with 460 hours 115 days of teaching.
In total, 60 students have participated in vocational training courses.
These training activities aim to train students in order to facilitate their employment in the various fields of vocational training, some actions that the Municipal Institute of Social Services has been organizing since 1998, being recognized as a collaborating center of the Regional Employment Service and Formation of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
The City of Cartagena and the autonomous region want to respond well to the high demand in the service sector in the Region of Murcia, allowing for media training courses necessary for the working age unemployed job seekers who do not previously received any specific training on these occupations.
