Moruna House or House of Diego Pérez Espejo was built in 1918 and is situated in the town of Aparecida, the F-28 highway, which connects Cartagena and La Puebla.
It is an eclectic style suburban villa, comprising a one-exempt building height and square distributed around a central hall.

Moruna House has been restored in four phases, with a budget of close to 240,000 euros, which have been funded through grants from the Directorate General of Culture and Investment Plan and Provincial Districts of the City of Cartagena.
