The Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, attended today's 'Bureau of Transportation and Infrastructure of the District of Cartagena', where he presented the series of actions being developed by the regional government to promote economic engine the Shire.
The counselor, who was accompanied by the director of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Cartagena, Mariano Rosique, referred to the new roads implemented by the Autonomous Community to improve communication of this district.
These include the Zeneta-San Javier highway, with an investment of 111 million euros, or passage of Cabezo Beaza and put the projects planned for the stretch Cuesta Blanca, Los Ruices and which the Ministry will invest 10.5 million euros.
Other topics discussed were the International Airport in the Region of Murcia, Cartagena AVE access and industrial development and logistics of the District of Cartagena.
