The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Highways Agency will carry out the strengthening of road surfaces and RM-320 RM-322, a performance that will improve access to the Repsol refinery in tailings, Cartagena.
The project, which has a budget of 1,291,570 euros, including the construction of a roundabout at the junction of two roads, which intersect the solution to a conflict, improve driver safety and facilitate access to the various industries located in the area.
The RM-320, the road going to the Portman Escombreras, connects with the RM-322, which gives access to both the refinery as the tailings railway station, which runs parallel to the track.
Both roads are characterized by high heavy vehicle traffic, so it's a performance that will go down the road transport professionals.
The Director of Roads, Jose Guijarro, explained that the action that is expected to be recruited in the second half of the year, "will improve communications in the area and improve road safety in the industrial core."
