The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena, in order to celebrate World Environment Day, held a conference related to this subject over the past 27 and 28 May, which involved the councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon.
Among the activities that have been developed, participants have taken part in a recycling workshop in the Parish Hall of St. Anton where musical instruments were made from recycled materials and cleaning in the neighborhood.
It has also developed a makeup workshop of nature in the Casino of San Anton, and a parade, health drinks and placement of ornamental flower pots on the front door of the Casino.
These activities were carried out in collaboration with the Municipal Plan of Action on Drug Addiction (LDCs), San Antón Cultural Association, Society Promoting Cooperative Gymnastics Abad, AMPA Colegio San Antonio Abad, and Bun Lacemakers Associations of San Antón and rosemary and Residents Association San Antonio Abad and the Department of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
