Local Government Board, which met this morning under the chairmanship of Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has approved the development project of the prolonging Bruna Angel Street, between the roundabout Severo Ochoa and Antonio Street Lauret.
As explained Councillor for Infrastructure and Services, José Vicente Albaladejo, the project with a budget of 550,000 euros, extend the existing road, about 6 feet wide and two lanes to four, two in each direction.
Also it will provide sidewalks and lighting, properly connecting area of the school environment and Puyol Hispania roundabout with Severo Ochoa, for both pedestrians and traffic that supports the large daily.
It will be recalled that section now has a single carriageway with two traffic lanes (one for each direction of travel), lack of sidewalks and a shoulder of a meter that serves as a sidewalk for pedestrians.
The project cumliminará other hand a number of actions that the City is rushing into Bruna Angel Avenue roundabout and Severo Ochoa, who have acquired a special significance since the opening of the northern access from Tejeras.
