A total of 585 children are participating this year in the Santa Lucia Children's Olympics, Lo Campano and Los Mateos in the sports of athletics, triangular indoor soccer, outdoor tests and games entertainment, activities that are being developed Municipal Sports Hall of Santa Lucia from the 26th of May and ending today.

All efforts have been directed to students of Children and the first three stages of education, within the activities aimed at the prevention of behaviors that result in social exclusion among children and adolescents, instilling in children the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and fellowship through sports.

The Children's Olympics, fulfilling its eleventh edition, are organized from the Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena and schools Hasdrubal, Hannibal and Our Lady of the Sea, located in the neighborhoods of The Campaign, Matthew and St. Lucia.

This year they have worked in the Children's Olympics, the Department of Sports City of Cartagena and the companies Coca-Cola and McDonald `s.
