Mohamed was born in Tahannaoute Nedali near Marrakech in 1962.
After completing his secondary education in Marrakech, he moved to France where he studied modern literature at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Nancy II.
Works as a high school teacher of French since 1985, currently Tahannaoute, and has just published his third novel.

His prose carries a universe which combines sensuality, frustrations, religious and family disputes.
The winning novel, prime beef, revolves around the young Thami, a descendant of a prestigious family of Moroccan intellectuals who rebelled against his authoritarian father, he left the madrasa to become a butcher.
As forms in the office, and scorned by his family, Thami also enters the world of love and pieces of freshly slaughtered meat from the butcher are entangled with the passions which unite the actor with various women in the novel : Zineb beautiful, her true love, but also Habiba, Nadia or Keltoum ...
