Learning to listen and enjoy music in the company of large and small: that is the goal it set in a family concert series the Department of Education of the City of Cartagena.
The next Saturday, May 30, will be the last of this academic year.
The concert will be held at the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, 12 hours, with free entrance until full capacity.
On this occasion, will welcome the musical group Ensemble The Danserye, which began its work in our city with an attractive concert for our children and their families, entitled Sones and Dances of the Renaissance.
Knowing that the public is already expert usual taste and enjoy the concerts, usually completing the capacity of the Conservatory Ensemble The Danserye faces the challenge of offering a concert to raise awareness of instrumental music and the instruments used since the Middle Ages to the early Baroque.
To this end there have been many concerts they have done throughout the Spanish territory, developing a variety of programs and codes.
The instruments used are all original reconstructions of the XV, XVI and XVII preserved in museums such as Brussels and cathedrals such as Salamanca.
Recorders, bugles renancestistas, sackbuts, hornpipes, orlos, baroque trumpets, etc, set up the wind instrument known as the Renaissance minsitriles high or low.
