The regional government has approved the refurbishment of the RM-320 road, between tailings and Portman, in Cartagena, with a budget of 1,291,569 euros, with the intention of adapting the access and increase road safety in this area, is an important industrial center with large heavy vehicles.
In particular, the action involves the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of this road with the RM-322, and strengthening the firm in two tranches of both roads.
The RM-322 includes the RM-320 to the train station Escombreras, parallel to the road, so easy access to the industries of the area.
The new roundabout will have four tickets and many other outlets and will be provided with a road ten feet, divided into two lanes from four feet, one of which give access to the Repsol-YPF refinery in tailings.
In addition, newly installed metal security barriers and make the corresponding road marking and lighting of the area.
