The President of the National Statistics Institute (INE) Jaume García Villar on Thursday will give the lecture "The use of micro-economic analysis" during the presentation of the book "Understanding mathematical, statistical and computing applied to economics and business" .
The presentation ceremony of the book will also assist the Minister of Universities, Business and Innovation, Salvador Marin, and the rector of the UPCT, Felix Faure.
The book will be presented by Professor UPCT, Juan Jesús Bernal.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 7, at 12.00 h.
Faculty of Business Science (Campus Paseo Alfonso XIII).
The book, published by the UPCT, brings together the papers presented last September at the conference organized by the Association of University Teachers of Mathematics for Economics and Business (ASEPUMA), which deal with different thematic areas such as statistics, applied mathematics financial operations, applied mathematics and computer programming.
The chairman of the Conference Organizing Committee, responsible for publishing the book to be presented tomorrow, is Professor of UPCT, Juan Jesús Bernal García.
