Social Care Councilman of the City of Cartagena, Antonio Calderon and Juan José Sánchez, on behalf of Good Samaritan Home Association, have signed a cooperation agreement to assist people in social emergency amounting to 12,000 euros.
For its part, the Good Samaritan Home Association agrees with the signing of this Agreement to promote the integration and recruitment of excluded and disadvantaged groups in the execution of works and services.
We must remember that among the specific objectives of the Municipal Institute of Social Services is to promote the highest levels of social welfare in the city, understood as such a progressive improvement of the quality of life and living and creating adequate resources for it.
In this sense, it holds a special support to the Associations and Institutions of Social Action, joining a firm policy of reducing inequalities, the establishment of social facilities, community reconstruction and capacity-building for action the population through natural and territorial institutions.
This agreement arises from the collaboration between the Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena and Institutions of Social Action in the municipality for the purpose of supporting programs of action presented by them, remain a priority objective the empowerment of relations between individuals and social groups in order to overcome the conditions that create marginalization special support to these institutions for Social Action.
