Mucho Mas Mayo festival organized by the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena again flood the city of Cartagena of talented youth from 4 to 24 May.
This multidisciplinary festival consolidates and as one of the most innovative cultural offerings and mass of the entire region of Murcia.
Mucho Mas Mayo (MMM), brings together young talents from different countries, involved in pop art activities of all types: installations and interventions, film, photography, sculpture, video, music, theater, performance, literature, dance, street and circus arts.
The festival, which is the best platform to present the creations of these new values waving the picture of worship, has as main attractions this year the national meeting of Parkour, Art Fair at the Hotel NH San and urban developers Sam 3, Much + Music Festival and The Night of the Museums of Cartagena, where the Museo del Teatro Romano, ARQUA, Municipal Archaeological Museum, Muram, Civil War Museum will be open for free night with complementary activities citizens to visit a different way.
The programming of the festival as usual feel comes from has been drawn different ways: projects selected by a committee of experts through public competition, fixed projects that take place every year, activities produced by the festival itself, and cultural activities contracted .
Selected projects, a total of 25 installations and interventions, among which are the 400 photographs that depict the Jara de Cartagena, a native plant in danger of extinction and to be planted in the Garden of Paseo Alfonso XII in the culture facility endangered by Antonio Martín Cervantes, or 100 miles of red string to be placed throughout the city to unify Cartagena.

will start in the Santa Lucia and include the most emblematic of the city.

Since its inception, Mucho Mas Mayo is a festival that is exploring new ways for young artists can showcase their creations and in turn the citizens are immersed participants in the creative capital provided by these new values.
