The Municipal Drug Addiction Plan has allocated EUR 41,000 Project The Youth Café Campano, a project funded by the National Plan on Drugs and Drug Addiction City Commission of the City of Cartagena.
This project began last year in the neighborhood I Campano, and the City, through the Municipal Drug Plan, continues to allow for this action, as a new youth team, with the goal of becoming a meeting place where provides a healthy and educational entertainment, we provide a comprehensive and complementary training, and empowering the youth social participation.

It was created and made healthy and educational activities are an alternative to the daily practices of young people in their leisure time.
