The May 14th begins at the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy Healthy mature course with lecture and workshop sessions in which comprehensively address a vital period of great importance to women by analyzing the physical and psychosocial factors that influence the discomfort or welfare of women at this time.
The People's University ends with this series of workshops on this subject have been held in various women's associations in the municipality within the Health Promotion program Sociocultural.
The lecture and workshop sessions will the following schedule:
Menopause: Maturing physically: May 14 at 10 am
Emotional Disorders and Drug Administration: May 21 at 10 am
Psycho-social changes in adulthood: May 28 at 10 am
Restructuring of the esteem in Older Women: June 4 at 10 am
Sexuality in midlife: June 11 at 10 am
Body Moves: 22 and 29 May 5 and June 12
