The contest for young talents between strings and brass reaches its final stretch.
Next week, from Monday 20 until early Thursday 23 April, the finals will take place in the categories of piano, woodwind, brass and strings, with the full participation of 28 young musicians.
The final form of piano will be held on April 20 and will involve six finalists woodwind mode will be Tuesday April 21, with 9 participants, on Wednesday 22 April will be the end of brass with 5 participants, and the final string, on Thursday, April 23, with 8 participants.
The dates belonging to the contest finals will be held in the Auditorium of the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Cartagena, after 19 hours, and free entrance until full capacity.
The closing ceremony and awards ceremony will take place on May 8, at 20 hours, which made public the names of the winners.
The closing ceremony will begin with a concert by the winner in the previous edition of this competition in the form of Raquel Díaz Dodge woodwinds - flute, and the Cartagena Chamber Orchestra, directed by Brian George Webber, and end with the Orchestra the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, directed by Andrés Pérez Barnabas.
