The regional government has approved the tender for the refurbishment of the links on the RM-12 highway, connecting the towns of Cartagena The Blessed and Cabo de Palos, a total of 3,431,708 euros.
This project will facilitate access to La Manga, and communications in the localities of the southern basin of the Mar Menor through connection to the AP-7 motorway and the motorway A-30.
The RM-12 has nine links to various levels and various specific outputs to service roads.
Through this action will enhance the safety when traveling on a road that has high traffic density, especially in the summertime, when it comes to registering 60,000 vehicles a day.
The project, which has a lead time of ten months, includes the remodeling of the speed change lanes from the branches of the links and outputs to the service roads in connection with the grandchildren and El Llano del Beal, Cabo de Palos, Atamaria and Golf Course in La Manga, Mar de Cristal, Playa Honda and Villas Camping Caravanning.
