The project of remodeling of the Plaza de López Pinto has started running with the placement of fences that mark the space that will be performing works and the corresponding horizontal and vertical markings which indicate changes in vehicle and pedestrian circulation and the zebra crossing.
This action, including under Plan E, enforced by the company CONSTRUCTION Maria Garcia Martinez, SL with a budget allocation of EUR 1,048,308.53 and a deadline of six months, coinciding in time with others carried out at present in the environment of the historic, the Plaza of Spain, Calle Real, Plaza Mayor Icue or street.
Pinto López Square is located in the heart of the city and connecting the park streets, Serreta, Bruno and San Juan Ángel and occupies 1,800 square meters.
The project proposes a paved route traffic around the Plaza López-Pinto and new pedestrian spaces in the plaza and surrounding sidewalks.
The material basis of the performance of pavements is of black stone, patterned sand-colored stone and red wine.
The sidewalks will be finished off with strips of white limestone.
Also the spaces of the square modulated perpendicular to the front of the artillery barracks, picking up various items of furniture.
