The fifteen students Convigual Project - Living on an equal start on time spent in the company from today April 13 to May 25 with a total of 120 hours.
The objective of this project, managed by the Agency of Local Development and Employment in collaboration with the Obra Social La Caixa and the Municipal Institute of Social Services is to offer an alternative labor integration of immigrant women in the municipality of Cartagena, through schedules for conducting comprehensive training and employment.
The project involved fifteen women immigrants consists of a training of 220 hours in geriatric care for elderly dependents, additional training and work experience.
The students, upon completion of the training phase, will begin 120 hours of practice in the following residences: Residence Los Almendros, Holy Royal Hospital Charity, Day Center El Algar, Residencia Virgen del Mar and Residential Home Country Perín.
