The Museum of Modern Art, Cartagena (Muram) will open its doors for the first time on April 23 with the exhibition "The Age of Rodin ', an exhibition of 50 sculptures from the likes of Rodin, Bourdelle, Claudel Carpeaux and and remain in Cartagena until 30 September.
The pieces have been donated by the Foundation Carlos Slim for this exhibition.
The large number of works of art has made this first exhibition is located in three different facilities: the Palacio Aguirre, the annex building and the Museo del Teatro Romano de Cartagena.
In addition, the Museum of Modern Art in Cartagena will host two exhibitions between October and December this year.
The first is entitled 'The legacy of González Moreno' and features the work of sculptors Garay Murcia, Molina Almela Sánchez and Costa.
The second is titled "Poetics of the twentieth century 'and will showcase the work of famous artists like Picasso, Sorolla and Tapies.
