Eight out of ten students who had prepared the People's University of the City of Cartagena has successfully overcome the entrance exams to college for more than 25 years held recently at the University of Murcia (UMU) and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT .)
The People's University submitted to these tests to 67 students (43 to 24 to UMU and UPCT).
70 percent of those submitted to the UMU got approved, while in the case of the approved UPCT reached 90 percent.
Most of the students presented were women: 41 in total, against 26 men.
A fact that according to sources speaking People's University of the biggest problems women have had to reach college and, now, with maturity can be overcome.
Both men and women try to get to the University to enter the job market or improve in their work.
The race most requested by students has been nursing, perhaps by building the new hospital, although there are Engineering, Law, Teaching, Industrial Relations and even and Veterinary Medicine.
