Local police officers assigned to the Section of Public Safety arrested yesterday afternoon on an individual for theft of a bag, inside the premises of the Bus Station of Cartagena.
The events unfolded when police unit patrolling the road from La Union, when he observed an individual running and chased by the security guard of that passenger station.
The agents proceeded to arrest the individual, who carried in his hand a woman's purse, which had stolen moments when the woman was in the toilets of the station, being chased by the security guard, alerted by the screams of the victim.
The man, a Moroccan national, was transferred to the Inspectorate of Police National Police, which became available to the Judicial Authority.
