The festival of young talents Mucho Mas Mayo Cartagena, an initiative of the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena, is releasing its 2009 edition, which gives even more important than past editions, to training.
The festival has been organized in its fourth year, 12 workshops in disciplines as diverse as air theater, dance and contemporary urban, illustration, or the art of parkour movement, musical self-production and custom blogs, theater sensory techniques animation, public art and electronics, and augmented reality, interactive film and a more difficult course of classification produced by the Centro Parraga artists collective with Mayhem.

This offer aims to provide training for young people interested specialized training opportunities from introductory level to advanced, in various forms and unusual art practices locally, and in the training institutions.
All courses from the Mucho Mas Mayo festival offer young people are taught by top professionals, artists recognized or accredited institutions.
The cost of the training program is 30,000 Euros, of which the City provides 20,000 and the rest comes through registration fees and contributions from other entities.
The festival includes three workshops with free credits for students of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena: Edit the city, building and developing a personal blog and musical self-production.

The Artvertiser: interactive cinema and augmented reality in urban space. This pilot workshop will explore the technology of augmented reality and narrative possibilities in public space.

Parkour (aka Free Running or Art Movement) is a discipline that is moving through the urban or natural, overcoming the obstacles that arise in the course (fences, walls ...) as more fluid and efficient possible, and the only possibilities of the human body.
This discipline requires great physical condition to perform the different movements (skipping, pasavallas, climbing, etc.), But also requires a strong spirit, able to overcome our fears, great concentration and great confidence.
