The first 45 students receive their diplomas Labor Project (25/03/2009)

Councilman Job, Javier Herrero, and director of the ADLE, Francisco Garcia Valenzuela, were presented today at the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall diplomas to the students of the first phase of Labor, a total of 45 job seekers that for 5 months, have been receiving training and education courses 'trade-dependent Assistant', 'Cleaning of surfaces and furnishings of buildings and facilities' and 'Access Control'.

This first phase began in October 2008 and ended on 18 March this year.

The 45 job applicants benefit from this first phase have been awarded grants through the end of the course.

Among the beneficiaries have found people under 30 with low qualifications, disabled, women, immigrants and long-term unemployed.

Students have developed various socio-integration pathways: towards individualized tutoring with the student to design a training schedule and work to enable their integration into employment, training initiatives with a total of 250 hours for each course, additional training in areas such as IT, risk prevention, environment and actively seeking employment and non-work internships last from one month in companies related to the sectors of the courses for which they were selected.

The companies receiving the students, who have collaborated with the ADLE previously signed an agreement of 'cooperation in education', were as follows:

For the course 'assistant shop assistant' has enjoyed the cooperation of the company Kiabi.

For the course 'Access Control' has enjoyed the cooperation of Aquagest, Eulen, Club Deportivo Dolorense, Soccer Schools Santa Ana and Polygon FC Cartagena.

For the course 'surface cleaning and furnishing buildings and facilities' has enjoyed the cooperation of the following companies Eulen, Cleaning South East, Abab Telelimpieza cleaning and maintenance.

The Labor Project, consisting of four phases of 5 months each and funded by the European Social Fund, was designed by the ADLE with the aim of promoting training and employment in areas such as childhood, youth, seniors and sector services and to offer job seekers and internship training.

Attempts have been made to the unemployed registered with employment offices, obtain a professional qualification, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to specialize in various trades.

It is noteworthy that both students and host companies have very successfully evaluated 120 hours of practical work, fulfilling the objectives sought with the realization of the same, namely to promote a boost in the employment of students training them both personally and professionally.
