Have involved approximately 150 soldiers of the Military, who have collaborated with the Fire of Cartagena and the Canine Unit of the Region of Murcia.
Fire Cartagena, two officers, Luis Enrique Martínez Rivero and José Joaquín Ruiz Zamora, training and involvement in search and rescue in collapsed structures, was guided by the scenarios proposed for maneuvering, and have participated as instructors.
