Among the projects for sports facilities included in the Plan E, which is financed by state funds, include the construction of a sports center with swimming pool in La Aljorra and conversion of the existing pool deck Pozo Estrecho.
As regards the first project, La Aljorra will consist of the construction of a sports center in the street Americo Vespucio, including a glass of pool of 25 by 8.5 meters, a spa area for both sexes and fitness center with separate locker rooms.
This center will be covered by a fixed set of laminated wood arches and vaulted temporal coverage pressostatic polyester.
The chosen solution responds to a search site and encourage better use out outdoors during the summer, so that the compositional scheme of a place of connection from which you can control access and distribution of all sporting and attachments or supporting them and from being accessed from the street.
Project implementation is scheduled for completion in 6 months after the award is planned to occupy 14 workers and the investment amounts to 1,740,184 euros.
The other major sports project is to make the municipal swimming pool cover Pozo Estrecho, located within the Sports Centre of the town, situated on the road to Pozo Estrecho Miranda.
The works consist of the covering of the pool with a removable fabric tent 37 by 31 meters, with laminated wood load bearing structure and the air conditioning so the pool water and environmental pool.
In addition, carry out the connection pool with changing rooms by the same set of tent fabric and the connection of the sewerage system of the pool with the general drainage network, also providing lighting on the outside.
The period of execution of this work is six months from the award, like that of The Aljorra, and is expected to occupy 24 workers, with an investment of 1,480,172 euros.
