T-The Program of Alternative Recreation, the Youth Council has organized a course in creative cuisine that will take place on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 March, from 16.30 to 19.30 hours in the School of Hospitality, taught by Professor Jesús Sáez Sancho.
In this course participants will learn to cook original dishes to delight friends and strangers.
The menu to cook, with which it aims to make students of this activity in real chefs, includes three appetizers: tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink oil, marinated salmon rolls with dill and shrimp brochette with bacon.
As for entrees, you will learn to cook Solferina vodka cream, eggs poached in salsa socket pilaff with Montu, Eninces veal and seafood sautéed with sausage and garlic.
To end, dessert wine French toast and honey-dip ice cream meringue.
