The Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT) and the Certification Authority of Valencia (ACCV) signed a collaboration agreement that will provide digital certificates to both teaching and research staff and service management from the University and set up a series of basic eGovernment services.
In the last session of the Governing Council of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, on February 27, approved the signing of a cooperation agreement with the entity Certification Service Provider Electronic Valencia (ACCV), under ACCV which the electronic certificate to provide staff that will allow the identification UPCT when use of electronic signatures.
To do this, you will create the corresponding registration offices for the issuance of these certificates at the university.
The fundamental purpose of the agreement is the provision of certification services to UPCT, by the ACCV.
With these services, UPCT may give the validity and effectiveness of the transmission and reception of communications and electronic documents, and therefore develop their own systems of e-Government in accordance with Law 11/2007 of 22 June electronic access of citizens to public services.
