Classroom Occupational installed on the ground floor of the old Public School Carmen Conde (C / Ribera de San Javier, 13. CARTAGENA), began work a month ago and already beginning to manifest the outcome of this working time.
This classroom was fitted as a didactic and organizational measures for remedial education aimed at disadvantaged students, which also accumulate significant curricular gap, a negative opinion of school settings and has difficulty adapting to it, or has undergone a process of schooling late or very irregular which makes its hiring and promotion on the stage.
Its operation has been the product of a collaboration agreement between the City of Cartagena and the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, the Department of Education and Service to Diversity Cartagena are launched in a Classroom Occupational Prevention and control of absenteeism and dropout rates of children under 15 years.
The group of fifteen students enrolled in the Occupational Hall from three city centers: the IES Mediterranean Bastarreche Polytechnic and Admiral, who is assigned administrative and teaching the classroom.

The aim of Occupational Hall is the formation of students on construction-related issues, to provide access to vocational training or Initial Vocational Training Program.
