The Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Constantine Sotoca, opened today in Cartagena the first Day of Training and Enterprise whose aim is to show the "broad" training potential entrepreneurs Cartagena, and analyze new ways to improve union between business and training system.
Sotoca stressed the "importance acquired training in these difficult times for our labor market" and said that investment in training is, right now, "the key to keeping the job or to find a job."
In this regard, he noted that "a company that invests in training its workers, is a safe and competitive, able to successfully overcome the difficulties that may arise."
Therefore advised to bet on the formation, but do so in a planned and organized by analyzing the real needs of their companies to monetize their own performance and productivity.
The counselor also encouraged workers are unemployed or not to continue completing their training as "recycling and updating is, nowadays, the best guarantee of stability and increases the chances of career advancement and personal."
Sotoca highlighted the efforts being made by the Regional Administration "to provide all the training tools necessary for companies and workers to meet their expectations in line with the demands of the productive fabric."
It recalled the campaign that his department has launched with the slogan 'get high', to promote and disseminate training to the entire society, which aims to increase the number of students taking these lessons and bring the possibilities of vocational training to all groups involved, including associations of parents, students, employers and workers.
Sotoca concluded that "this day is one of several actions included in the campaign, culminating in the Fourth Training Fair next April.
