The Alternative Recreation Program (T-LA) is organizing a course of Pilates, Massage and Relaxation for Saturdays in March, in time of 17-19 hours.
In recent years, Pilates has become a benchmark for training the body and mind, which can help further the relaxation and stress management, apart from other significant benefits: it teaches you balance and control the body and the mind, strengthens bone density and improve muscle strength, flexibility and posture.
Additionally, this course will learn the basic techniques of massage and relaxation, which allows participants to achieve better control of your body and mind, reducing stress and anxiety.
The registration fee is 15 euros and can be formalized in the premises of the Youth Resource Center, Paseo Alfonso XIII, 51, phone 968 128 867.
