The school of the Colegio San Vicente de Paul participated last Friday in an encounter with a representation of the best swimmers as the content of the Sports Outreach Program Elite (ADE) organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena.
The event took place in the newly opened Sports Centre Mediterranean, where they learn about the president of the Swimming Federation of Murcia, Francisco Dominguez, and swimmers from the likes of Margarita Dominguez, absolute champion of Europe in open water Pedro Fontcuberta, Sergio Gómez, Pedro Solano and Raul Garcia, components and CN Cartagonova Anchor Club.
During the day, the young participants had the opportunity to learn generalities about swimming and some aspects that are only developed in the world of high performance, and visited the new facilities and satisfy their curiosities with a round of questions to athletes.
In the end, children were presented with a hat signed by athletes and these, in turn, received a detailed memorial center.
Also, on Thursday February 26 at 11 pm and held another day of ADE, with the participation of CP Ciudad Jardin, who will contact mode Table Tennis Club Floymape UCAM Cartagena.
In addition, on Friday, February 27, will continue the program with the participation of the Franciscan school, this time to visit the Municipal Stadium Cartagonova and make contact with the elite club FCCartagena.
