The municipal group Citizens' Movement in the city of Cartagena welcomed UPyD application and submit a motion at the next Full Council.
On 16 February the Local Committee UPyD went to the Mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, and the spokespersons of the three groups Municipal People's Socialist Movement and Citizen (MC) asking them to submit at the next Full Council motion to address the national deputies in the Congress of Deputies of their respective parties, urging them to support the non-legislative proposal by Rosa Díez in Congress requesting that policies on water are exclusive powers of the State .
In an interview with the Coordinator of the Local Committee UPyD in Cartagena, Rafael Sanchez, the Municipal Group Spokesman MC, Luis Carlos Conesa, said his group was considered very successful UPyD application and submit a motion at the next Full Council for discussion and approve the request to the Parliamentarians in the Congress of the PSOE and the PP asking them to support the non-legislative proposal by the Parliamentary UPyD in Congress, Rosa Díez, UPyD Coordinator also delivered to the MC spokesman of the 20 amendments to the Statute of Castilla La Mancha presented by Rosa Díez in Congress, including one that are proposed to remove the transitional provisions set expiration date for the Tajo Segura 2015, and other proponents of deletion of certain powers of water spewing into the text of the Statute of Castilla la Mancha and UPyD considered to be exclusive to the State.
