Cartagena City Council resolved, on the day to day, 85% of all incidents and deficiencies presented by the neighbors to local government.
Public Roads Councilman, Enrique Pérez Abellán, said during the plenary of the Corporation since early last year to February 13, the city had recorded 1,768 incidents parts, of which 1,509 were resolved on the same day .
Of this total, most of them, 50% were related to poor lighting, 10%, on gardens and incidents with the wind, and another 10%, over matters related to the local police.
Pérez Abellán has provided this information in response to a motion filed by the Citizens' Movement on the need to create a municipal service to coordinate the receipt of such shortcomings and provide for immediate action by municipal crews.
Public Roads Councilman explained that all the deficiencies of the neighbors - Arrivals through the municipal website, the SKIP, neighborhood associations and the local police - they become part of a record, with two staff working on it.
A technician is responsible for coordinating this record and distribute the parts and record the different municipal crews for relief in the shortest time possible.
The motion of Citizens' Movement has been rejected with the votes against the PP, on the grounds that the request is already underway, and votes for the PSOE and the MC.
